The fresh coffee was perfect. Very good The ceiling is covered in black tiles which really reduces the amount of light bouncing around thus adding to the real "tavern" feel inside. Great place to meet friends or take the family for a casual meal.

I splurged with the jumbo tater tots (5 of them with smoked ketchup), skillet cornbread and a yummy Mesquite chicken caesar salad topped with its own Red Heat Tavern caesar dressing! Others loved their Salmon Quinoa Salad, Mediterranean Salad, Caesar Salad w Chicken, Greek Salad with Turkey Tips.
My colleague got the same with salmon. The tater tots were great - very crispy on the outside....The mustard chicken salad was excellent. Love coming here for wings, burgers, tacos on taco Tuesdays, salads. The food is good but a little pricey. Because of that you can order any quantity in any combination of sauces that you like. My husband proceeded to get his usual classic cheeseburger, but was very pleased with the taste, as he said it was one of the best tasting burgers he has had, which is big coming from him.
