A new country of sorts has risen from the ashes of several weeks of Black Lives Matter protests in the United States. No. The countries ideals are based on socialism/communism and anti police mentality. They are playing country right now and have signs that read “you are now exiting the USA.” The US does not recognize this. For those who don't know, a part of Seattle has seceded from the USA to form the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, otherwise known as "Chaz".
