I’m unclear why it’s on the menu at all of an establishment like this that I assumed would have it’s own signature creations not just mimic popular ones. The truffle and foie gras stuffed under the skin of the breast feels so decadent and the creamy leg meat is rich and moist. This is a real "special occasion" restaurant.
