I am so disappointed with their service. The excuse? Luckily I took pictures before I send it back! I ordered on December 20th. They said it was...we have a CCTV and there was no courier on the 10th. I called them. I am so upset and I was looking forward to this item.

They informed me that I would receive an email that evening notifying me of my refund. bought 2 pairs of trainers told to wait for a confirmation then 3 days later email saying refund will be with you in ten days. Every time placing an order it takes money then places a refund what’s the point waste of time. Luckily I took pictures before I send it back!
