The Skylark hotel needs a bit of an update. Skylark is a quaint boutique hotel that feels like you've stepped into an oasis. We'll be coming back! Don't book here. My best friend and I loved the fact it was a quiet hotel we went out had a blast and came back to relaxation and peace and the spa was 24 hrs! I'm not saying that this is the fanciest hotel in Palm Springs, but for a casual and fun place with that retro desert vibe, this is a good choice. This place is amazing. We asked them to switch our rooms but they wouldn't do it. I could have watched this view, the clouds drifting over the huge MOUNTAIN seen just behind the pool, for hours. From the very start the stay was amazing!!

This is a boutique hotel with about 40 rooms. There is no food on site, not even snacks/water. Nothing spectacular at all. We did have a room with a king bed in it. Chris, the afternoon desk clerk and all around "get it done" guy was a treasure.

I love that way this place looks. We stayed on a weekend and it was fabulous! But the reasons I'm giving 2 stars is because this hotel is just a glorified motel 6. When we returned the complex was quiet and remained that way all nigh thankfully. The outside of the hotel looks great, midcentury modern looking with the oranges and the straight lines, but once you walk into your room... You may be in for a rude awakening.
