DeMontford Bell offers three main packages for the formation of UK companies and these are set out below but please feel free to contact us for individually tailored packages. Bronze Package €95
Service includes:
- Company formation
- Government fee
- 1st year registered office
- Provision of qualified company secretary (optional)
- 1st year nominee shareholder (optional)
You provide:
- The director
Silver Package €995
Service includes:
- Company formation
- Government fee
- 1st year registered office
- Provision of qualified company secretary (optional)
- 1st year nominee shareholder (optional)
- 1st year nominee director
The fees are based on up to five shareholders.
Gold Package €1,495
Service includes:
- Company formation
- Government fee
- 1st year registered office
- Provision of qualified company secretary (optional)
- 1st year nominee shareholder (optional)
- 1st year nominee director
- 1st year accounts
- VAT Registration (optional)
- VAT returns (optional)
The fees are based on up to five shareholders. The accounts package included is suitable for a holding company or a limited trading company (in both case fewer than 30 transactions per year) and the fees are based on this information. The filing of VAT returns is limited to four per year. Additional work is billed by the hour.
Formation Timescale
Formation takes about one working day from when we have received fees scanned copies of due diligence documents.
