Las Iguanas is a Latin American chain restaurant which offers a handy vegetarian and vegan menu, with lots of great vegan options. Las Iguanas, my favourite local restaurant! Totopos are tortilla chips dusted with paprika with salsa and soured cream to share between two of us. The staff are all very friendly too and if ever you have a problem they are very good at customer service, that’s with all their restaurants, not just this particular London one. The enchilada is served on a bed of spring onion rice and refried beans. But it was always consistent, although on saying that sometimes dishes are spicier than a previous visit or has more peppers or whatever (hopefully this shows that the meals are cooked fresh and not just pre-packaged and heated up. Some of the staff have been there for a number of years although we haven’t seen our favourite waitress for a while, I shan’t mention her name on here but it begins with the letter G.
